Only came here because Target was out of trees. I went to this location and found a tree however it was on a top shelf in the garden center and the employee said they couldn’t get down as she walked off. Great service by the way. Later found the manager to ask for assistance with getting the tree and he stated they couldn’t get it down because their fork lift operators weren’t on duty. Never returning

I regularly have them do the shop for me to save myself time. They have always been excellent in doing it right! also, this walmart is one of the cleanest walmarts there is. staff is mostly friendly, and even the returns dept is quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer this place and their many, many options vs the nearby Target with their limited stock and higher prices.

As a former retail worker ai have great appreciation for what they endure particularly during holidays. Ive been a customer of this store for years and Idk if it is a culture or the season but the rare times where I have to return or more so exchange something it has turned into a disappointing experience. Today 12/30 7:59pm I approached CS for an exchange where I come to find out is not a standard procedure anymore the associate immediately stated that I would not be able pay for the exchanged item there since that was the reason there was always a line and because she was ready to leave in one minute. With no one waiting behind me ‍♀️. I paid on self checkout and left in less than a minute and she was still there. If this gets somewhere leaders please pulse your teams regularly and get when they are losing or something is getting in the way for them to commit to what they do and offer other options or promotion opportunities for them to explore other areas they can enjoy more or just work to improve work culture.

Este Waltmart no se que paso ayer todas las cajas estaban abiertas y todas estaban llenas pero lo más raro de todo era que la gente no llevaba muchas cosas en sus caritos y no avanzaban las colas tarde como 40 minutos en la línea lapersona de enfrente de mi solo tenia un articulo en su carito las otras dos no llevaban tanto para tardar todo este tiempo nunca hay nada aquí de productos ,siempre falta de todo y las personas andan pidiéndote dinero el otro día se me acercó tanto un hombre que me asusto yo andaba sola y de repente me habla alguien cerca al oído qie le de dinero yo me hice para atrás porque me dio miedo le dije ala cajera y solo me dijo hay tenga cuidado se supone que tienen un security pero a ellos no les importaba la seguridad de sus clientes y yo mebpregunto también por que la entrada esta al lado izquierdo y la salida al lado izquierdo también, los lugares donde pones tus artículos para pagar tu mismo en los cajeros están también ala izquierda a quien se le ocurrió semental contrariedad por favor hagan algo.
