Henry Garza, Dave and the team on site w demolition at Casabella Westshore, Tampa, were impeccable, courteous, could not have been more helpful. The Casabella management has been awful. The only bright light of losing my living quarters was working with Henry and Dave.

It is so refreshing when people come out to your house and just do an amazing job! Ususually when a job is handed off from one job lead to another, quality goes away. Josh started out and did a great job, then Corine Finnish the job and was awesome. These folks were the cleanest, neatest and best communicators i have ever seen. Highly recommended!

The service was acceptable. My baby grand piano was destroyed during the drying process. What is maddening, after paying so much money for the packing and storage of all of my belongings is roaches. There are about 8 different species that have came back with my belongings. I am mortified.

SERVPRO showed up in the middle of the night for emergency services and mitigation of a Fire and Water damage at one of my favorite downtown Houston restaurants. They did a fantastic job of cleaning restoration and re-construction to get them back in business and make it “like it never even happened.”
