They should have good customer service and if they don't like their job, they should continue studying to make someone better. para empezar la seguridad platicando en horas de trabajo. en segunda más de 15 minutos de espera para que te puedan dar algo de la vitrina cerrada. en tercera la cajera con cara de Nopal con mala actitud ruda y grocera aventando las cosas cuando cobro nota no se está piediendo nada regalado deberían de tener un buen servicio al cliente y si no les gusta su trabajo deberían de seguir estudiando para hacer a alguien en l vida no un simple mal empleado con cara de nopal fruncido y esto va para todos esos empleados por que el único y respetuoso fue el señor del ice cream shop .

Este lugar tiene calificación media de estrellas pero porque obligadamente uno tiene que dar una estrella para poder opinar si molestia, ahora veo todas las opiniones de otros clientes y todas son similares, solo quejas, nunca en mi vida he sabido de que un copo de helado en vez de dártelo en un cono comestible te lo van a dar en una bolsa plástica, la de seguridad negando el baño y la cajera de un carácter como que le estás pidiendo de regalado, lo peor no había clientes y así seguirán con esas personas actitudes, de nada sirve que el dueño del súper mercado se disculpe si siempre tratan igual a los clientes

There’s so much wrong with this location I don’t even know where to start. Customer service is poor, some products are not original (meaning they’re fake from original brands) and their prices are the highest I’ve seen at a RITE-AID. The only decent thing this location has, it’s the pharmacy and parking. Staff always has an attitude, are not helpful, and when you reach the register they’re either on the phone or airing company business or customers business. Do pay attention to some of their products because they’re not the actual product. Check for printing colors/ errors to verify that the product you’re purchasing is legit, also check product bottling or box. I’m telling you! I have observed fake products here for a really high price and it’s GREEDY!! Specially because this is our LOCAL RITE-AID and whoever the owner is takes advantage of it. I shop around and prices are the highest in this place!

EL DIA DE HOY abril 23 de 2024 entre 6:45 y 7: 20 pm..se me presento la nesecidad de querer hacer uso de las instalaciones sanitarias de la RITE...Y suyos sanitario me fueron denagados con la excusa de que estaban descompuestos._ le pregunte a una mujer que estaba en la puerta como security, Latina y me respondio con poca amabilidad y también una cajera que estaba a la izquierda en la entrada...estas personas como trabajadores de dicho tienda deberían de recivir un entrenamiento adecuado con relaciones humanas para que sepas tener un comportamiento adecuado...fueron abusivos con mi persona como cliente...debería de tener mas cuidado la RITE en contratas a su personal... dicha tienda se encuentra en los angeles ca. En washington y maple ave...

I asked the Cashier Dona at 8:05pm on 2/5/2020 to do a price check on a item I was about to buy. She refused to do a price check when the item was on sale. I had to get her manager to get the correct price. The cashier Dona began to argue with me about what she wasn't going to do. Her professionalism was the worst. I never had anyone be so rude for no reason. She should be retrained on customer service.

Customers using your Debit Card "BEWARE" of this Rite Aid. This Rite Aid is stealing money off of your Debit Card. On 1/30/2022 at approximately 6:15pm I made a purchase using my debit card at register #4 I immediately put in my pin number and the debit card machine took me to cash back and I pushed "None" Then the price of the 99¢ drink changed from $1.05 to 2.00 and I ask the young female Mexican cashier why is this price changing to $2.00 she lied and said it's charging you for tax. The drink cost 99¢ plus tax it's then $1.05 she tried to convince me the tax was $1.01 and the item is only 99¢. After getting the receipt the receipt showed that my card was charged 95¢ for a donation I never consent to. This is theft and attempted to call the # on the receipt to speak to a manager or supervisor. The call we to the Mexican guy cashier who was also present during the incident. I told him on the phone what had happened he stated hold on just a minute and he immediately hung up in my face. These people are thrives and are working the machine to steal money from your debit card. Avoid this location if possible...You have been Warned!!!

Employees are RUDE for no reason, with the exception of the security guard who was welcoming. Other than that this one female employee seemed bothered when I asked for help with an item that was locked behind their glass, she wanted to keep gossiping with the other employees I guess. They walking around like they hate their jobs. Rite-Aid ain’t what it used to be that’s for sure! After being there this last time it reminded me why i stopped going there and I switched to the CVS on adams and central (a little further away from my house, but worth it) Changed my pharmacy prescription too! And I’ve never had to wait over 10min for my medication! ILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS RITE-AID AGAIN!
