Big, fat security guard too lazy to get good carts lined up. I asked about a non bumpy cart, he pointed out three that were all bumps. I have a very disabled sore leg and need a smooth cart.
I then went to the manager’s desk. 2 young people are lieying straight in my face about all carts being old and bumpy. I pointed out a few in the back that haven’t been rounded up?
One went and brought back a perfect cart for me.
You have generally dishonest and non caring employees.
Will not come to your store again.
After 8 years, no more.

Be Aware. Gas pumps at Fry's 22nd & Columbus are rigged. Dollar amount starts counting between .17 & .20 cents depending on the pump. I've used 3 different pumps ALL were rigged. They're stealing your money & your gas mileage

I don't know why I still go to this store, except that I live less than a quarter mile from it. But this place is nothing but disappointment.

Between the homeless drug-using population that has spread throughout the parking lot and, my most recent experience, while shopping there with my 8-year-old son, seeing someone shooting up next to a parked car—to the fact that there are almost never any shopping carts anywhere to be seen—this place is a dystopian nightmare.

On top of that, during my most recent experience on 10/27/24, I was met, after only 15 seconds in the store, with a high-pitched screeching that lasted the entire time I was there. It was so loud that my son and I, along with other patrons, had to cover our ears. No employee anywhere in the store seemed fazed by this act of violence on the patrons. Not one.

I bought 3 of the 10 things I came for and got out, determined and resolved that I will never set foot on this premises again for as long as I have my cognitive faculties intact.

Great customer service. But they don't have everything you might need. It is located in a bad area where there's homeless people. But I enjoy the workers there.

I would normally shop at Walmart cuz prices are overall cheaper or so I thought if you spend a little time to get the on sale items come to find out you're actually paying a lot less than you would at Walmart. Oh and the pharmacist was very helpful she was quite pleasant I got me two vaccines that day and I'm going to go back and get some more!?

The bakery no longer makes their own bagels which were delicious and one of the only reasons I would go to Fry's. Now they carry Einstein's bagels which are half the size disgusting taste. Corporate profit takes over again. Even their employees told me they don't like them.

4 of the last 5 times I've been here. There are no carts available near the building and very few in the cart corrals at the far reaches of the parking lot. I give up. Not going to waste my time at a store that can't provide something as basic as carts.
