From the moment I walked through the door Éamonn made me feel right at ease and over several appointments and treatment plans I was given to do at home I noticed a massive difference and was soon back training as normal again. Recently I was unfortunate to sustain a SIJ ligament injury. Anyone who has ever experienced this will understand the excruciating pain. I couldn't walk, weight bear or barely move.
After a thorough consultation, Eamonn commenced treatment. I have to say without any doubt I felt instant ease.
Leaving my appointment Eamonn gave me exercises to complete. He also demonstrates the correct way to do them. He is very supportive and can adjust exercises to suit pain levels and movement restrictions. He also works physically on your injury the manipulation, pressure points and rotating movements make such a difference.
I started to see changes and was getting stronger again and the pain was getting less and less. With each appointment things were progressing really well.
I regained my mobility pretty quickly, I was very impressed and relieved.
Eamonn is a real gentleman, very professional listens well, picks up on everything and has a great insight at what he does.
I can not praise Eamonn highly enough, I know from my personal experience I was in serious trouble and he helped me so much. I will be forever thankful.

I went to Eamon with pain around the upper and lower back which had made it harder for me to go to the gym, I’ve now finished with eamon and have been back in the gym over a month now and dont feel pain in my back near as much after a session as I used before seeing eamon, i could really see the benefit of the exercises that I was given at each session and felt that eamon demonstrated and explained them really well. I would highly recommend!

Tore my bicep in May of 2024 and reached out to Eamon. He seen me within a week and started some rehab work. Over 5 or 6 sessions the improvement has been great, not back to where I was but getting much stronger.
His knowledge of the injury and the reasoning behind it was fantastic and allows me to moderate exercise to reduce risk of further damage.
