Customer service is below sub par! Manger and sales rep are more interested and invested in cancelling paid orders than actually troubleshooting and assisting with issues. Management was willing to use Ulta provided email order number to cancel order, however the same document wasn’t enough to pick up a $6.00 order. The manger was short, rude, and lacked empathy and professionalism. I understand protocol and procedures however you use my same email document to cancel
Order but wasn’t sufficient to pick up a $6.00 order. The manager never asked if I could verify in any other way! If you don’t want to provide customer service then don’t work with companies businesses where you have to provide or deal with customers! I won’t be shopping at this location anymore.

My Ulta shopping experience was smooth and revitalizing thanks to Yasmin.

Upon my arrival, she greeted me warmly and kept me informed on all of the company's current items, future sales, and the best skin care products for my dermatology needs.

She even went the extra mile and thoroughly examined my skin before making her candid recommendation.

She also helped me set up my account and redeem discounts based on my spending. Thanks to her, I discovered my new Ulta home!

I came in to look for a concealer to cover up a tattoo and everyone was extremely helpful. However Yasmin was so patient in helping me find one that matched my exact skin tone. As a woman of color it was so great seeing someone that looked like me that could relate to me and recommend quality products. Thanks to her expertise I’ll be back for sure!

CiCi is awesome! I came in one day on a whim a year or so ago because I couldn’t stand my long hair anymore, and she has been my regular stylist ever since! She’s open to any new ideas I have and gives me great advice on how to style my hair. I have tried so many stylists in Houston, but I clicked with her right away. I’m recommending her to everyone I know.

Picking up my item was no problem, but when I decided to make another purchase, the cashier experience was not good. I needed clarification on the rewards, I didn’t get it. The cashier seemed irritated that I wanted to use the rewards. I’m the one that apologized for the inconvenience with nothing said in return. In the end, I wasn’t even handed my receipt as she went on to talk to another employee. I had to grab it from the register. If I don’t have to, I won’t go back to this location.

I went to Ulta to exchange a few items and had a very disappointing experience. I brought in three items to exchange and clearly communicated that I wanted an even exchange. Instead, Jeanette processed the return and charged my card again, despite me asking her not to. When I tried to explain again, she was dismissive, repeating "I heard you" but continuing to do what I specifically asked her not to do. She returned my items and then charged me in a separate transaction instead of completing the exchange as requested. Her attitude throughout the process was unprofessional and off-putting. This was not the customer service I expected.

It takes a lot to trust someone with your hair and I’m so glad I took the chance to trust Cici 2 years ago. She was very honest and let me know that cutting off all the damage and straggly ends would be for the best and now my hair is the healthiest and most fullest it’s ever been, while still getting longer with regular trims.

Cici is someone that is not only talented but works on her craft by taking continuing education courses and keeping up with the industry. Her product recommendations are the best and she does a great job of educating me in what’s best for my hair and being real about what the upkeep is for hair changes I’m interested in would be in my everyday life.
