I went to the store to return an item that I had just bought the other day that is still on the rack and Janelis did not let me return the stitch earrings without a receipt even though it has been store policy to provide the customer with a gift card when customer has no receipt.

Para mí es el peor CVS QUE HE VISITADO tenían el café la llave en especial pero no tenían el producto en ese momento se les había agotado y fui a varias sucursales en las cuales tampoco tenían, en una de ellas nos dieron un rainchek para cuando entrara el producto y hoy vengo a comprarlo y el manager me dice que no puede dármelo que tiene que ser en donde me lo dieron, teniéndo la tienda en la esquina de mi casa tengo que ir a donde me dieron el raincheck que falta de respeto más sin embargo los descuento y los pagos y los precios son lo mismo en todas, verdaderamente decepcionada me quedo con walgreen

What is the point of same day pictures if they are never ready?! I came to this cvs thinking it would be different than the other one that i had similar experience with. The employee said to come tomorrow since the person that usually handles them left for the night. I left annoyed.

UGHHH!!! I HATE IT THERE!!! There's barely ANY employees on the floor, and i end up getting errors at checkout and I waste an extra 30 minutes just trying to buy my essentials! GET MORE EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

ANSWERING SERVICE HORRIBLE!!! FOR PHARMACY AS A PROVIDER AND A PATIENT HORRIBLE!!! MESSAGES ARE NEVER RECEIVED WHEN YOU DONT HAVE AN OPTION, YOU ARE DIRECTLY TRANFERED TO VOICEMAIL. THERE IS NEVER ANYONE IN THE PHARMACY TO ANDWER CALLS ALWAYS BUSY! PERHAPS MORE STAFF IS NECESARY FOR BETTER SERVICE.

Fui a solicitar un medicamento en la farmacia para el cual no necesitaba receta por ser over the counter , el farmacéutico David me dijo que si quería el medicamento yo le tenía que pagar su tiempo y que por buscármelo seria $400. Tal parece que la salud de los seres humanos no vale nada comparada con la exigencia de dinero de un farmacéutico , deberían valorar y respetar a los pacientes, si no sienten amor por su trabajo mejor busquen otro que los haga felices y no paguen su frustración con las personas que estamos mal de salud. Pésimo servicio de parte de los farmacéuticos de esta tienda, la corporación debería investigar y entrenar a sus farmacéuticos sobre mejor servicio al cliente.

I was a loyal costumer of this location until today. My mother was testing a body spray perfume on her arm, which she was going to buy. And she was told by 3 crew members that she was not allowed to test the body sprays because the product would loose weight, my mom told them that she needs to smell the perfume before buying it because if she doesn’t like it she won’t buy it after, after that one of the crew members told my mother that she needs to buy a perfume that she knows that if she doesn’t know the perfume she can’t buy it, or buy it without testing it first. I told her that they need to have testers for each bottle. This CVS completely lost two loyal costumers ! ( giving it 1 star because I can’t post the review with at least one star )
